We gladly accept returns of new unworn items only within 14 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns of pre-owned products. If you wish to return a product. we offer a store credit equivalent to the value of your purchase, allowing you to explore other watch options that suit your preferences.

Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the item at our facility, we proceed with the authentication process to ensure that it is indeed the watch we dispatched to you. Additionally, we maintain detailed records, including photos and videos, to verify the condition of the item. If the item does not match its original state, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return. We kindly request that you refrain from wearing the item if it does not meet your expectations.

We will also ask that you insure the item at value and pack the item meticulously to protect it otherwise watchaser cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the item.
