In-Store Pickup

When you place an order on our website, you can choose the "In-Store Pickup" option during the checkout process. This allows you to pay for your item securely online using your preferred payment method. Once your payment is confirmed, you can visit one of our boutiques to collect your watch. You can avoid shipping wait times and have the opportunity to interact with our team directly, providing you with a unique and tailored experience.

Virtual Video Presentation

For a truly personalized shopping experience, we offer a unique service upon request. Prior to shipping, we can arrange a video call to present the watch to you virtually. Our knowledgeable team members will showcase the watch's features and answer any questions you may have, ensuring complete satisfaction before it's shipped to you.

Shipping and Tracking

When you place an order with Watchaser, we provide you with a unique tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. This allows you to stay informed about the where abouts of your watch at all times. All our shipments are value insured. Additionally, our shipping partners offer a signature requirement upon delivery, ensuring that your package is received by you or an authorized recipient.

Packaging

The watches & jewelry are packaged strictly in bubble wrap to avoid any damage during transport. The watches boxes are also securely packaged. The packages are discreet without a logo to avoid being stolen.

Taxes and customs fees

All our prices include Swiss VAT at the rate of 8.1%. VAT refund is not possible. The buyer is solely responsible for any additional customs and VAT costs relating to the regulations of the country of delivery. We do not accept returns and refunds in case of additional customs fees. Customers outside Switzerland are responsible for import taxes and duties : online calculator.

Delivery Times

We understand the importance of prompt delivery. Depending on the destination country, our delivery times typically range from 2 to 15 days. We strive to deliver your watch as quickly as possible, while ensuring that it reaches you in perfect condition.We have an order processing time of 1 to 3 days. We ship Monday through Friday.

Alternate Delivery Address

We recognize that you may want to have your watch delivered to a different address than your billing address. At Watchaser, we accommodate this request to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. During the checkout process, simply specify the desired delivery address, and we will ensure that your watch is sent to the correct location.

Credit Card Payment (Online) purchases are automatically billed in your local currency. We support major credit card providers, ensuring a secure and hassle-free transaction. Simply enter your card details during the checkout process, and your payment will be processed instantly.

Bank Transfer (in CHF, USD, EURO, JPY). Simply follow the provided bank details during the checkout process, and once the transfer is confirmed, we will proceed with your order.

Cash Payment (up to 100,000 CHF for Swiss residents). For your convenience, we accept cash payments. For non-Swiss residents 10,000 CHF. A passport will be required. Our shop are equipped counterfeit money detection equipment. 

Credit Card Payment (In-Store) If you prefer to visit our physical stores, you have the option to pay by credit card using a card reader. Our friendly staff will assist you in processing your payment, providing you with a convenient and secure experience.

Cryptocurrency Payment (with swap fees) For tech-savvy customers and cryptocurrency enthusiasts, we also accept payments in cryptocurrencies : BTC / ETH / USDT.

Watchaser will only deliver the watch to the customer or ship it only after receipt of 100% of the funds relating to the amount of the item.
